Dutima Batra, MD
Dr. Batra is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She joined WHS in September 2006 after finishing her residency with the Northern New Mexico Family Practice Residency Program. She completed a family practice internship at the University of New Mexico. She is proficient in medical Spanish and welcomes the entire family, all ages, as patients.

Lynn S. Bickley, MD
Dr. Bickley is Board Certified in internal medicine. She has served on the faculty at the University of Rochester and Texas Tech University HSC School of Medicine, where she was professor and Associate Dean of Curriculum. She is the author of a widely used medical student and nurse practitioner textbook, “Bates Guide To Physical Examination and History Taking.” Her focus is primary care.

Betty Jean Whatley-Manoff, MD
Dr. Whatley-Manoff has more than 20 years of experience in Board Certified Family Practice. She has worked as a family physician in a variety of settings, such as Indian Health Services, Health Care for the Homeless, and the AIDS Wellness Clinic. She provides “personal” health care through talking with her patients and having them actively participate in their own health care.

Naomi has 17 years of experience as a registered nurse, educator and founding member of several small health organizations in Santa Fe. Her focus as a practitioner is on women’s health. She is dedicated to complementary
approaches. Naomi currently provides menopausal therapies, standard gynecological care, and primary care at WHS.

Cristy Wickman, CNP
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Cristy has practiced family primary care for rural, culturally diverse populations in both Tennessee and New Mexico. She focuses on holistic care and frequently weaves alternative and Western therapies together into her treatment plans. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Cristy ran therapeutic intervention programs using adventure-based methodology to promote self-efficacy for youth-at-risk, chronically mentally ill adults, Native American youth and sexual assault survivors.

Denise L’Heurex, MD
Dr. L’Heurex is a board certified psychiatrist with over 25 years in private practice as well as working and serving as a psychiatrist in academic, organizational and institutional settings. She has experience in working with and serving as a staff administrator, director and consultant for non-profit organizations such as Hospice, Native American mental health programs and organizations.

Carolyn Tjoland, LPCC Behavioral Health
Behavioral Health Consultant and Professional Life Coach.
Carolyn, together with WHS providers, provides an Integrated Behavioral Health Practice. Carolyn integrates the power of the mind, emotions, body and spirit in her practice. She brings over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, educator and consultant to WHS. Carolyn has broad experience working with adults, adolescents and children in individual, couple, family and group therapy.
